3 Years Limited Warranty - Aluminium Frames - which excludes damage to the finish caused by corrosion, scratching, pitting, fading or oxidisation.
3 Years limited warranty - Texteline and Advanced Texteline - which excludes stains, mildew, fading and scratching of fabric.
For all other components not covered by the above a standard 12-month warranty will apply.
General Warranty Conditions
The warranty applies to the original purchaser from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects only. If an item should fail as a result of a manufacturing fault or defect under normal domestic use, the manufacturer at their discretion will repair, refinish or replace the failed item.
The manufacturer reserves the right to substitute failed items with a similar product should the model or colour no longer be available. Any replacement will be for the failed item only, not a complete set. The original warranty period is not extended in the event of a repair, refinish or replacements.
In the event of a failure, it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to the store of purchase along with a copy of the receipt. LG Outdoor will confirm that we have a completed warranty card from the customer, completed at the time of purchase for warranty to have been registered. Warranty specifically excludes general wear and tear, rusting of steel components and parts, corrosion, commercial use and damage caused as a result of failure to observe reasonable care, maintenance and assembly instructions for both furniture and hardware.

Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland: Unfortunately, we are not delivering to Ireland at this moment.
Delivery takes 3-8 working days after your order is placed.
Delivery window 09:00-17:00, Monday Friday.

Delivery Costs:
FREE delivery for orders over £200.
Standard delivery cost £5.99 for small orders under £200.01.
Special delivery cost £25-£50 for large orders under £200.01.

Small and Medium parcels.
For small and medium parcels we are using DPD and FedEx delivery companies. You will be able to track your parcel by reference number you will receive via text message on a mobile phone or/and an email address provided by you.
Large and Extra Large orders.
If your address is local to our warehouse we will call you to schedule delivery date and time.
If your address is not local to our warehouse we will use Lynn Star Distribution and Logistics delivery company to deliver your order to you. A courier will call you to schedule delivery date and time. Orders will be delivered kerbside, they will come wrapped on a pallet due to their weight and size.
Orders could be collected from our Home & Garden Outlet Store on Clenchwarton Rd, West Lynn, King`s Lynn PE34 3LL. It will take 1-8 working days for us to prepare orders for collection. We will keep you updated with estimated dates of collection. :
